The Haughton Buccaneers downed the Captain Shreve Gators 23-8 in junior varsity football action Tuesday.
Darius Brooks scored on a 4-yard run, and Pryce Curry ran 7 yards for a TD for the Bucs. Matthew Davis returned a punt 73 yards for a touchdown.
Nico Broadway kicked a 24-yard field goal and two PATs. Mason Cordell recovered a fumble on a Shreve kick return.
