Peyton Stovall passed for one touchdown and ran for another to lead the Haughton Buccaneers past the Airline Vikings 14-6 in a freshman football game Monday at Airline.
The game was the season-finale for both teams. Haughton finished 7-2.
Stovall’s touchdown run covered 20 yards. He passed 25 yards to Jack Edwards for the other TD. Stovall also hit Edwards with a pass for a two-point conversion.
Haughton’s Jordan Duty had an interception. Logan Hendrix recovered a fumble.
