The Bossier Sheriff-Police Narcotics Task Force arrested four people Thursday evening for prostitution and drug charges during an undercover operation at a local hotel in Bossier City.

Arrested late Sept. 22 and early Sept. 23 were:

  1. Crystal K. Dennis, 26, of Sibley, La.  Charged with Prostitution.  Bond set at $1,000.

  1. Derrick L. Fannin, 30, of Forest Hill, Texas.  Charged with Pandering; Promoting Prostitution; Possession of Marijuana; Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Introduction of Contraband into a Jail Facility (marijuana); and Monetary Instrument Abuse.  Bond set at $19,000.

  1. Camry T. Brown, 29, of Ft. Worth, Texas.  Charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Bond set at $6,000.

  1. Shacora Owens, of Ft. Worth, Texas.  Charged with Prostitution.  Bond set at $1,000.

Detectives determined that Fannin was acting as a pimp for Brown and Owens.  When agents made contact with Fannin and Brown, they found multiple marijuana blunts, glass smoking pipe with meth residue, and a cigarillo (used to smoke marijuana) in the car. When searching Fannin, agents located $750 in counterfeit cash in his wallet.

They were all four transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking.  When Fannin arrived at the Bossier Max, corrections deputies located approximately three grams of marijuana hidden in his underwear.

The Bossier Sheriff-Police Narcotics Task Force comprises deputies with the Bossier Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Bossier City Police Department.
