Total of four suspects committed armed robbery of Rotolo’s, detectives say
Bossier Sheriff Julian Whittington says three more suspects now have warrants for their arrest Friday afternoon in the armed robbery of Rotolo’s Pizzeria on Benton Road back on Aug. 5.
Jacory Griffin, 21, of Shreveport, and Deaquanita Campbell, 21, also of Shreveport, are wanted for armed robbery. Griffin is the other man who was caught on surveillance video entering the back door of Rotolo’s along with Edward Williams, who turned himself in Aug. 8 and currently jailed at the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with a $200,000 bond.
Campbell was the one driving the vehicle parked in the rear in which all three suspects made their getaway.
A fourth person, Richard Williams, 26, of Shreveport, is also wanted for principle to armed robbery for his role in the crime; although he wasn’t present during the robbery, he assisted in planning the heist. He is the brother of jailed suspect, Edward Williams, and boyfriend of Deaquanita. He is also a former employee of Rotolo’s.
The vehicle that detectives believe the trio used in the armed robbery of Rotolo’s is a gray 2004 Nissan Altima with Texas tags, which has also been reported as stolen through the Shreveport Police Department. Suspect Jacory Griffin has a warrant for his arrest for stealing that car.
Bossier Sheriff’s detectives thank the public for their help in calling in with Crimestoppers tips, and they now solicit your support in finding these three suspects.
