Bossier City Chief of Police Shane McWilliams announced the promotions of two police officers Wednesday.
Both officers received their promotions this morning at the Bossier City Police Department with family members and department personnel in attendance.
n Richard Nunnery was promoted to the rank of lieutenant. Lt. Nunnery has been a member of the Bossier City Police Department since 1992.
n Joel Frentress was promoted to the rank of sergeant. Sgt. Frentress has been a member of the Bossier City Police Department since 2001.
Lt. Nunnery and Sgt. Frentress are assigned to the BCPD’s patrol division.
