BOSSIER CITY – A graveside service will be held to celebrate the life of Tzilda “Yvonne” Seymore at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June21, 2013 at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Bro. Keith Rowe will officiate the service. Yvonne passed to her eternal rest on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at the age of 96.
She was born in Paris, France on April 16, 1917. Yvonne enjoyed good food and great wine. She also enjoyed fishing, puzzles and spending time with her family. She was a great storyteller and would share wonderful bedtime stories to put her grandchildren and great grandchildren to sleep. She also liked to sing, especially in French. She loved nature and animals of all kinds.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Robert Seymore and grandson Tony Seymore.
Yvonne is survived by her sons James Robert Seymore, Jr. of Pleasanton, Texas, Jerry Seymore and wife Teresa of Bossier City, Louisiana and Charles Seymore of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, four grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
