UPDATE: Bossier man wanted for stealing from his own parents arrested in Caddo Parish

Brain Wallace

Brain Wallace, the Bossier City man wanted for stealing from his own parent’s residence, was located and arrested by Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Thursday. His actual first name is Brain, not Brian, as indicated in the initial news release.

Original Post:

A Bossier City man is wanted for burglarizing his own parent’s house in Haughton over the past few months.

Brian Wallace, 35, with a last known address in the 6200 block of East Texas St. in Bossier City, has an active warrant by Bossier Sheriff’s Office detectives for simple burglary, forgery and theft from his parent’s residence in the 100 block of Reba Lane in Haughton.

Wallace stole a key for his parent’s house earlier this year and then began a stealing spree of numerous items from his parent’s residence; he then pawned the stolen items.  He even attempted to cash it a check that he had stolen from his parents, but the bank was able to stop that transaction.  Most recently on March 24, Wallace stole jewelry and guns from his parent’s residence.

Detectives believe Wallace is still in the local area and say he was last seen driving a 1994 gray/green Chevrolet Z-71, a work truck possibly from Sammy Rodriguez Tree Service on Highway 80.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Wallace is asked to contact Bossier Crime Stoppers with your anonymous tip at (318) 424-4100.
