WARRANT ISSUED FOR ONE SUSPECT IN RECENT CIGARETTE THEFTS
Bossier City police have obtained an arrest warrant for one of two suspects wanted for stealing multiple cartons of cigarettes from local Circle K stores over the past several weeks.
BCPD Property Crimes detectives have secured a warrant for the arrest of 33-year old Erol Demond Walter of Shreveport on a charge of simple robbery. Detectives were able to identify Walter from a tip that was called into Bossier Crimes Stoppers after information about the case, including security camera photos of the suspects, appeared in local media reports last week.

Walter is a black male, 6’1” tall, approximately 200 pounds and reportedly has multiple tattoos on both arms.
Anyone with information about Walter’s whereabouts is asked to call Bossier Crime Stoppers at (318) 424-4100. They can also submit a web tip via the Bossier Crime Stoppers website www.bossiercrimestoppers.org. Persons who contact Crime Stoppers are reminded they may remain totally anonymous.
Police are still working to identify a woman who is the second suspect in this case. Anyone who can help police locate her is asked to contact Bossier Crime Stoppers as well.
How dumb do you have to be to steal cigarettes? The only thing dumber is stealing toenail clippings.
