(UPDATE 2/24/2025): DOTD advises motorists that a brief closure of Clyde Fant Parkway at the Jimmie Davis Bridge in Shreveport has been scheduled for Monday, March 3, 2025 in order to allow for the movement of the crane back across the roadway. This is part of the ongoing Jimmie Davis Bridge (LA 511) replacement project.
This closure will take place at approximately 8:30 a.m., and is anticipated to take no longer than about 15 minutes. Impacts to traffic are expected to be minimal.
