The Bossier Parish Courthouse in Benton will be closed effective 12 noon Thursday due to a waterline break on Palmetto Rd.
Bossier Parish officials ordered the closure due to a loss of water pressure and fire protection at the courthouse.
Officials anticipate repairs will be completed on the Town of Benton line later Thursday and the courthouse should be open for its regular hours on Friday.
