The bride wore a strapless sweetheart neckline with cascading ruffles flowing throughout the ethereal dotted tulle ball gown skirt. A stunning grosgrain ribbon sash detail brought an added touch of glamour. The bride carried white hydrangeas.
The bride is the daughter of Karen Elliott Bird of Shreveport, LA and the late Jeffrey Allen Bird. She is the granddaughter of Sharon Elliott Bird of Shreveport and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Elliott of Idaho Falls, ID and Ms. Margaret Bird and the late Seldon Bird of Belcher, LA. The groom is the son of Duey and Pam Poempipatana of Plano, TX. The bride was given in marriage by her Mother.
Serving as Maid of Honor was Melissa Dunning of Arlington, TX. Bridesmaids were Nicole Huddleston of Arlington, TX, Melissa Mayer of Plano, TX, and sister of the groom, Jessica Poempipatana of Plano, TX. Emily and Lexi Rodriguez were the flower girls.
The grooms brother, Brance Poempipatana of Plano was the Best Man, Groomsmen were David Hargis , Cody Ground, and Corey Rathborne, cousin of the bride. TJ Craig and Nick Michael were Ushers.
Kristin and Jared are graduates of University of Texas in Arlington. Kristin is employed as a Manager of The Children’s Courtyard and Jared is an engineer at Zodiac Aerospace. The couple will make Fort Worth, TX their home after the honeymoon in Broken Bow, OK.
