From the Bossier Sheriff’s Office: Bossier Parish Police Jury advises the westbound lane of Wemple Road has been closed from Old Brownlee Road to Highway 3 Thursday evening while crews conduct sewage and road repairs. Repairs are expected to possibly take through Friday; an update will be provided Friday morning.
The eastbound lane of Wemple Road remains open, but please drive cautiously through the area.
If travelling westbound on Wemple Road from Airline Drive, motorists will be diverted onto Old Brownlee Road.
