Community members and business leaders gathered Wednesday, March 25, at BPSTIL for the North Bossier Lunch Group Luncheon, where Brian Crawford, senior vice president of Willis-Knighton Health, provided insight into the future of healthcare across Bossier Parish and Northwest Louisiana.

Crawford, part of the executive leadership team for one of the region’s largest healthcare systems, spoke about the growing role Willis-Knighton continues to play in expanding access to care while supporting the broader community.

Attendees heard updates on the system’s footprint throughout Bossier Parish, including the continued development of facilities and services designed to meet the needs of a growing population. Crawford emphasized that beyond patient care, Willis-Knighton remains deeply involved in supporting local organizations, initiatives and partnerships that strengthen the community.

The luncheon provided an opportunity for attendees to engage directly with Crawford, asking questions about healthcare trends and the direction of services in Bossier Parish. Topics included population growth, access to care and the importance of maintaining strong local healthcare infrastructure.

Events like the North Bossier Luncheon continue to serve as a platform for connecting community members with leaders across industries, offering valuable insight into issues that impact everyday life in the region.

As Bossier Parish continues to grow, Crawford’s message underscored the importance of strong healthcare leadership and community partnerships in ensuring residents have access to quality care now and in the future.
