The 9U and 11U Diamond Youth Baseball state tournaments are scheduled for Thursday through Sunday at the Tinsley Athletic Complex.
The 9U tournament features 12 teams and the 11U has eight.
Bossier plays Tioga at 6:30 in the 11U tournament.
Teams competing in the the 9U tournament include Minden, Jackson Parish, Winnsboro, West Monroe, Alexandria, Gonzalez, Concordia, Mamou, Monroe, Ville Platte, Union and Ponchatoula.
Other teams competing in the 11U tournament are Concordia, Winnsboro, Monroe, Gonzalez, Sabine and the District 4 champions and runner-up.
The tournaments are double elimination. The championship round is scheduled for Sunday.
Tinsley has hosted many Diamond (formerly Dixie) Youth Baseball tournaments. The complex was the site of the AAA Division 1 and Division 2 World Series tournaments in 2024.
The Haughton All-Stars are competing in the 8U North Regional in Shreveport. The Benton All-Stars are playing in the 8U South Regional in Oakdale. Both tournaments begin Thursday
The Bossier City All-Stars are playing in the 12U O-Zone tournament which begins July 9 in Ruston.
