High school boys basketball: Four parish teams qualify for playoffs

Four parish teams are headed to the playoffs.

Bossier (18-11) is the No. 6 seed in non-select Division II. The Bearkats will host No. 27 St. Martinville (15-18) in the first round.

Parkway (19-11) will also be home in the first round. The No. 15 seed Panthers host No. 18 Fontainebleau (18-11) in a non-select Division I first-round game.

Haughton (17-12) and Airline (11-20) will be on the road in the first round.

The No. 24 seed Bucs travel to Monroe to face No. 9 Ouachita Parish (18-9). The No. 28 seed Vikings travel to Slidell to take on No. 5 Northshore (22-5).

Haughton is in the playoffs for the first time since 2010 in Class 4A.
