The Haughton Lady Bucs defeated Evangel Christian 11-1 in six innings Thursday at Haughton.
Elsewhere, Parkway fell to St. Mary’s 15-5 in six innings in Natchitoches, Bossier lost to Woodlawn 20-11 at home and Plain Dealing fell to Haynesville 16-1 at Haynesville.
At Haughton, Dixie Williams pitched a two-hitter with six strikeouts and three walks.
The Lady Bucs had 11 hits. Kayleigh Goss went 2-for-3 with a home run, triple and two RBI.
Laney Dobrow went 2-for-4 with a home run, double and three RBI.
Ella Vickers had a triple, double and two RBI. Carsyn Kizzia had two hits, including a double. Kylie Small went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Haughton led 3-1 after four then scored six in the bottom of the fifth.
Haughton (5-5) is scheduled to play Ruston Friday at 6 p.m. in the Ruston tournament.
At St. Mary’s, Parkway’s Macee Thompson went 2-for-3 with a double.
Ceniya Thompkins hit a three-run home run in the first inning. Zoey Horn hit a two-run homer in the first.
Madison Menard had a double.
