In a ceremony at the Bossier City Police Department, Chief Daniel Haugen and Mayor Thomas Chandler proudly announced the promotion of two officers. Sgt. Jason Lowe was elevated to the rank of Lieutenant, and Officer Christopher Tuttle to Sergeant.
Lieutenant Lowe, a 25-year department veteran, and Sergeant Tuttle, who has served for 13
years, will both continue their service in the Patrol Division.
“These promotions reflect the dedication and professionalism of our officers,” said Chief
Haugen. “We appreciate their hard work and commitment to the citizens of Bossier City and
look forward to their leadership in these new roles.”
