Time is running out to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime night of music and
purpose! In nine days, legendary guitarist and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer James Burton will
host a star-studded benefit concert featuring 14-time GRAMMY Award winner Emmylou
Harris and John Foster, American Idol Finalist. Tickets are now just $50.
The show takes place Friday, November 7, 2025, at 8 p.m. inside the Horseshoe Riverdome in
Bossier City. Doors open at 7 pm. This year’s concert is set to focus on and support music
programs for Bossier Parish schools through the donation of guitars, giving local students
the gift of creativity and confidence through music. The Burton Foundation already gives guitars
to Caddo Parish.
Joining Emmylou Harris on stage will be an all-star lineup including:
John Foster, American Idol finalist
Johnny Owens and Marty Haggard, sons of country legends Buck Owens and Merle
Haggard
Angus Gill, one of Australia’s top country artists and Golden Guitar winner
Kylie Small, recent Haughton High School graduate and rising Nashville star
The evening’s house band — Louisiana Music Hall of Fame inductees Johnny Earthquake
and the Moondogs — will keep the energy high all night long.
