Rosalee (Rose) Peavler, 79, was born on May 17, 1947, to Wilburn Peavler and Martha Pitman in Indianapolis, Indiana, and passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026, in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Rose dedicated many years to Lucent Technologies before retiring, pouring her strong work ethic and generous spirit into everything she did. She had a true passion for helping others and never met a stranger; if someone needed something, Rose did all she could to make sure they were taken care of. Her family meant the world to her, and her beloved dog, Scooby, was always close by her side.

Rose was a deeply loving and giving soul who found joy in being surrounded by family, offering support to anyone who crossed her path. Her kindness, openness, and willingness to help will remain a lasting part of her legacy.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn Peavler and Martha Pitman; her son, Dean Williamson; and her grandson, Michael Williamson.

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved daughter, Tina Negri; granddaughter, Jennifer Emmel and her husband, Richard; sister, Martha Kent, and her husband, Michael; brother, James Peavler, and his wife, Luann; along with several nieces, nephews, and dear extended family and friends.
