Detectives with the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a Bossier City man Oct. 19 on two
counts of indecent behavior with juveniles following an investigation into multiple encounters
with a juvenile student.
Jarory Morris, 30, of the 3000 block of Black Lake Circle in Bossier City, was employed at
Bossier High School at the time of the alleged incidents, which occurred on multiple occasions
while the victim was a juvenile student.
The investigation began immediately after detectives were made aware of the allegations, when
the victim, now an adult, came forward to report the encounters. During the investigation, Morris
was advised of his Miranda rights and admitted to two encounters, corroborating the victim’s
account. Morris was subsequently taken into custody.
A search warrant was executed at Morris’ Bossier City residence, where detectives seized
multiple electronic storage devices for forensic examination.
Bossier Parish Schools confirmed Morris is no longer employed by the school system and issued
the following statement:
“The allegations involving this employee are extremely serious, and he is no longer employed by
Bossier Schools as of today. We want Bossier High families and the community to know that the
safety and well-being of our students is always our highest priority, and we remain committed to
supporting them in every way possible.”
Morris was arrested at the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office Criminal Operations Building and
booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility on two counts of indecent behavior
with juveniles, a violation of Louisiana Revised Statute 14:81. His bond has not yet been set.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges are possible.
Anyone who believes they may have been a victim of Morris or has information relevant to the
investigation is encouraged to contact Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives at 318-965-
