The Board of Supervisors for Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 2 of the Parish of Bossier met in regular and legal session on the 18th day of June, 2025, in the Police Jury Meeting Room, Bossier Parish Courthouse, Benton, Louisiana. The Chairman, Mr. Heath Lyles, called the meeting to order. Ms. Megan Ramos, Parish Secretary, called the roll, with members present as follows:

Motion was made by Ms. Fisk, seconded by Mr. Lyles, ratify acceptance of a proposal from Cothren, Graff, Smoak Engineering, Inc., for professional services for Project No. 2025-119, Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 2, West Central Water System – New Water Well #8, and Project No. 2025-124, Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 2, West Central Water System – New Water Line to Well #8, and authorize the execution of documents, Police Jury District 4. Previously approved by the Bossier Parish Police Jury on April 2, 2025.
The Chairman called for public comment. There being none, votes were cast and the motion carried unanimously.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Bossier Parish Police Jury in regular and legal session convened on this 2nd day of April, 2025, that it does hereby authorize the Parish President and/or Parish Administrator to authorize any and all documents, in connection with a proposal from Cothren, Graff, Smoak Engineering, Inc., for professional services for Project No. 2025-119, Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 2, West Central Water System – New Water Well #8, and Project No. 2025-124, Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 2, West Central Water System – New Water Line to Well #8.
This resolution was offered by Mr. Jorden, seconded by Mr. Darby. Upon unanimous vote, it was duly adopted on this 2nd day of April, 2025.

Previously approved by the Bossier Parish Police Jury on June 4, 2025.
The Chairman called for public comment. There being none, votes were cast and the motion carried unanimously.

There being no further business to come before the Board of Supervisors for Sewer District No. 2 of the Parish of Bossier in regular and legal session on this 18th day of June, 2025, the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m. by the Chairman.
