Bossier City is launching their Residential Water Meter Exchange Program in partnership with Aqua-Metric to replace aging or non-functional water meters with new, modern meters.
Aqua-Metric crews will be working throughout the city wearing high-visibility clothing and driving vehicles marked with the Aqua-Metric name/logo.
Customers will receive a door hanger notice immediately before their meter is replaced. During the exchange, there may be a brief water service interruption.
After your meter is replaced, please run the cold water tap in your bathtub for about one minute.
