Bossier City announces second phase of Water Rate Increases

In compliance with Ordinance 1 of 2025, Bossier City’s water rates have increased 2% effective January 1, 2026. This release is to serve as a reminder of the previously approved increase. The first monthly bills reflecting the increase will be impacted January 8^th 2026. In addition to informing Bossier City water customers about this increase, we would like to make customers aware of the option to enroll in Autopay and take advantage of the convenience of paperless billing. Those who need assistance in signing up for Autopay and Paperless billing can go to the Bossier City webpage at https://bossiercity.org/166/Customer-Service-Water-Billing-Division or call (318) 741-8757 ext. 1 or come into the office at the Bossier Municipal Complex at 620 Benton Rd. – This is a New Year and a Great Time to “Go Paperless and enroll in Auto Pay.”
