Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a 32-year-old Ruston man
following an investigation into a report of sexual abuse involving a minor.

On Oct. 6, 2026, Bossier Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Frasier Hogan, 32, of Ruston,
following an investigation that began after the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office notified Bossier
detectives in July 2026 of a report involving alleged sexual abuse that occurred in Bossier Parish.

According to the investigation, the victim reported that at the age of 14, they met an adult male
through social media who identified himself as a coach at Ruston High School. The male then
traveled to Bossier Parish to meet the juvenile, where the two engaged in sexual intercourse.

During the investigation, Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives collected evidence that
supported the victim’s statements, along with additional evidence related to the alleged offense.
The investigation ultimately led to Hogan’s arrest.

Hogan was booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility on Oct. 6, 2026, on two
(2) counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and one (1) count of computer-aided
solicitation of a minor.

His bond is set at $450,000.

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges are possible as detectives continue
their investigation. Hogan remains in custody in Claiborne Parish on other charges, with a
detainer placed on him for the charges in Bossier Parish.
