My Mom was a simple humble lady who gave so freely of her time to others. She loved God with her whole heart and was a good and Faithful Servant.
As her daughter I was blessed by God’s divine appointment to love and care for my parents in their time of need. This Journey I will always cherish, and I am the receiver of loving and caring for them in this intimate capacity.
Each day she waited for me and she lit up when I entered the room with that Smile that melted my heart. We would enjoy strolling the beautiful grounds at the Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home in Bossier City and sit and talk of the beauty, birds, trees and flowers. We would then join my dad and have coffee and visit each day. We also enjoyed Bingo, music and events there and a Big thank you to all that cared for my mom.
Mom how do I thank you for letting me see God’s beauty and Joy through your eyes Thank you for the time spent each day with me.
You are my Sunshine.
Never Forgotten Always Loved.
As her husband there will Never be another Katrina and I will always love and Cherish the memories of 57 years.
