Fourteen Bossirr Parish Community College Lady Cavaliers have been named 2025-26 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, earning national recognition for their academic achievements in the classroom.
Presented annually by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Award recognizes student-athletes who maintain a minimum 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. The honor is awarded to softball players from every level of collegiate competition, including NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, NAIA, and NJCAA programs.
Earning honors for the 2025-26 academic year are Katy Allen (Crockett, TX), Juliana Bosco (Las Vegas, NV), Clelia Costes (Grenoble, France), Morgan Faunce (Tucson, AZ), Yasmin Gallarzo (Las Vegas, NV), Christina Gegg (Benton, LA), Mackenzie Gaspard (New Braunfels, TX), Samantha Land (Crosby, TX),Faith Lopez (Crosby, TX), Natalia Rojas (Fort Worth, TX), Isabella Rodriguez (Corpus Christi, TX), Kylie Ryan (Homer, LA), Cailey Slade(Forney, TX), and Chloe Stafford (Lufkin,TX).
The Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Award remains one of the most respected academic honors in collegiate softball, recognizing student-athletes who demonstrate the ability to excel in both competition and academics.
