This weekend, Governor Jeff Landry sent 14 Swift Water Rescue personal to Texas to assist in the ongoing flood response. The personal is made up of the State Fire Marshal, Baton Rouge Fire Department, Zachary Fire Department, West Feliciana Fire Department, East Side Fire Department, and Task Force 3 from Shreveport. GOHSEP continues to monitor additional requests from the affected areas. Further support may be deployed if needed.
