Haughton to honor Dak Prescott in ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 6

Haughton is honoring alumni Dak Prescott in a ceremony Thursday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. at Prescott Field at Harold E. Harlan Stadium.

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback is a member of the Class of 2011. He led the Bucs to an undefeated regular season in 2010.

Haughton was able to renovate its weight room and install a video scoreboard last summer thanks to a reported $1.1 million donation from Prescott.

There will be a special drawing for school-age students to win a football autographed by Prescott.

Admission to the ceremony is $5. Tickets may be purchased online at Local Level Event Tickets.
