The Haughton Lady Bucs opened District 1-I play Tuesday with a 10-0 victory over Huntington at Harold E. Harlan Stadium.
Elsewhere, Parkway and North DeSoto played to a 3-3 tie in a District 1-II match at Preston Crownover Stadium. The Lady Panthers (5-2-4, 1-0-1) opened district play with an 8-0 victory over Southwood Monday.
In anotherDistrict 1-I opener, Airline fell to Byrd 8-0 at at Byrd. The Lady Vikings dropped to 6-1. Byrd improved to 6-1-3.
In a non-district matches, Benton and Providence Classical Academy both remained undefeated.
The Lady Tigers (9-0-1) defeated North Caddo 5-1 at Bossier’s Memorial Stadium and the Lady Knights downed North Caddo 10-0 at North Caddo.
Ali Hamic and Gabi Hamic both had three goals and one assist each to lead PCA (5-0). Kylie Williams also scored three goals. Kaylee Ivey scored one goal and had two assists.
