Benton swept the team titles in the David Beeson Memorial Tournament Saturday at Bossier.
Benton scored 221 points in the boys division. Haughton was runner-up with 197. Rosepine finished third with 141 and Bossier fourth with 112.5.
Benton had six individual winners — Aston Myers (113), Trapper Scott (120), Colton Stratton (132), Lucas Campbell (150), Brennan Jackson (157) and Cooper Reagan (175).
Haughton had four — Will Haun (126), David Rabb (144), Bryce Johns (165) and Brogen Dodd (215).
Dodd defeated teammate Ben Beaudean 6-2 in the championship match.
Parkway’s Brody Leonhardt won the 285-pound class. He defeated his teammate Nathaniel Kemp by fall in the championship match.
Rosepine’s Matthew Aguello (106), Zach Preece (138) and Caleb Preece (190) also won.
Benton’s runner-up finishers were David Luke Verhalen (106), Jack McGuire (138) and Jacob Coston (190).
Haughton’s were Hunter Reeves (150), Jacob Peterman (175) and Beaudean.
Bossier’s Patrick Ray Jr. (144) and Noah Trejo-Monroy (165) finished second in their respective classes.
Parkway’s Levi Schroeder was second in the 157-pound class.
Benton scored 60 points in the girls division. Parkway was second with 45.
Benton’s winners were Caylee Brammer (126), Audrina Wade (132), Keira Liesch (145) and Brynan Huffman (185).
Parkway’s Ava Sermon won the 114-pound class. Haughton’s Natalie Davis won the 120-pound class.
Runners-up from parish schools were Bossier’s A’Zerriana Jones (114), Benton’s Emma Luther (132) and Parkway’s Anna Grace Snider (185).
