LANE CLOSURE: LA 3 (Benton Rd) near Montgomery Ln.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., the northbound and southbound lanes inside (left) lanes of LA 3 (Benton Road) in Bossier City will be closed from Montgomery Lane to Ashland Avenue.

These lane closures are scheduled to be in place for approximately three weeks, and are necessary to allow the contractor to construct turn lanes related to the Walter O. Bigby Carriageway project that is currently under construction.

The Carriageway project is being managed by the City of Bossier City.

Restrictions/Permits: N/A

Alternate Route: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
