Oliver St. Shooting update

Authorities arrested three individuals following a shooting that occurred around noon yesterday in the 3000 block of Oliver Street, according to the Bossier City Police Department.

The incident prompted a swift response from officers after reports of shots fired in the area. Upon arriving at the scene, police secured the area and launched an investigation led by the department’s Violent Crimes Unit.

As a result of the investigation, Datalion Goode (DOB: 5/25/2006) was arrested and charged with three counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder and Aggravated Criminal Property Damage. Two additional suspects were also taken into custody on charges related to a connected burglary.

Caleb Ramon Lane (DOB: 1/10/2008) was arrested for Principal in Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling, while Calvin Raymon Morris Jr. (DOB: 10/15/2007) was charged with Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling.

Police have not released further details regarding the circumstances of the shooting or how the burglary is connected to the gunfire incident. The investigation remains ongoing.

No injuries have been reported as of the latest available information. The Bossier City Police Department has asked anyone with additional information about the incident to contact their Violent Crimes Unit.
