Peter Klucar, MD, has joined the Willis Knighton Physician Network, and will practice at Pierremont Family
Physicians, 1811 E. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Suite 400. He provides primary care services to young adults through senior care, with additional focus on women’s health and preventive services.
A native of Slovakia, Dr. Klucar attended school and worked at medical universities in the United States since 1997.
He completed his family medicine residency at LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport School of
Medicine. Prior to his medical education, he spent 12 years performing medical research. He has co-authored 16 peer-reviewed articles and holds two patents.
As a family physician, Dr. Klucar takes a team approach with his patients. “Us working together is what
provides the joy in practice and family medicine,” he says.
Dr. Klucar accepts new patients and most insurance plans.
