Doctors and staff with Flex Institute cut the ribbon today to
mark a new direction for a medical facility that has been keeping residents of
Northwest Louisiana moving and pain-free for years. Orthopedic Specialists of
Louisiana and Pain Care Consultants have unified under the name Flex Institute.
Flex Institute has a team of medical professionals that handle all specialties that
fall under orthopedics. Flex Institute is home to six Centers of Excellence for
sports medicine, hand, joints, foot and ankle, pain management and ortho urgent
care. The facility at the corner of Line Avenue and Jordan Street is only for
orthopedics and spine care, as well as pain management.
A unique service line at Flex Institute is the orthopedic urgent care clinic. Patients
who are suffering from an orthopedic issue are seen by an orthopedic specialist
instead of an emergency room physician. The clinic is open Monday – Friday from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
