Beginning tomorrow morning, motorists traveling on Parks Road should
prepare for significant traffic delays as contracted crews for the Bossier
Parish Police Jury begin roadwork in the area. The project will involve
overlaying Parks Road and continuing east on Linton Road up to the fire
station and is expected to last through Wednesday.
Drivers are strongly encouraged to plan alternate routes or allow extra travel
time during this period. Flagmen will be present to direct traffic, and lane
closures or slow-moving traffic should be anticipated throughout the
construction zone.
