Bossier City Fire Prevention Promotions

It is a special day and a day of celebration as Chief Zagone and the Bossier City Fire Dept. announces the promotion of Chief Chris Dison to Director and Chief of The Bossier City Fire Prevention Division and Chief George Craft as Assistant Chief of Fire Prevention. Chief Dison and Chief Craft have served the Citizens of Bossier City for 27 and 21 years respectively. Today’s recognition was performed by Deputy Chief Thomas Waggoner, Chief Waggoner expressed his respect and confidence for both Chiefs upon their promotion. Chief Zagone said that “both Chiefs bring a wealth of experience to our citizens in the areas of inspections and investigations and he is confident that the Fire Prevention Division is in good and capable hands.” During the promotion ceremony each Chief received their Promotion Certificate and a new helmet that shows their rank of Chief. There were family, friends and co-workers on hand to show their pride and support for Chief Dison and Chief Craft.  Chief Dison said that he is Thankful for his promotion and he considers it an honor to serve the Citizens of Bossier City. Chief Craft said that he is Grateful and  looks forward to continuing to provide our Citizens with the best in Customer Service.
