Romph Pou Agency, a full-service marketing agency,
was recently named to the LSU 100 list. Romph Pou Agency earned the
ranking of 90 on the roster of the fastest-growing companies that are either
owned or led by a Louisiana State University (LSU) graduate.
Robert Pou graduated from LSU in 1979 and began the agency 44 years ago
with his former partner Anne Gremillion. Jeffrey Romph was named
Principal Managing Partner in 2005 after the retirement of Anne Gremillion.
Over the last four decades, the agency has grown significantly. There are
now 125 employees at offices in Shreveport and Baton Rouge, Louisiana;
and Tyler and San Antonio, Texas. Clients include WinStar World Casino and
Resort, Ochsner Health System, Brookshire Grocery Company, and many
others.
“LSU is an important part of my family and our company,” said Robert Pou,
Principal of Romph Pou Agency. “My wife, my son, my daughter and I all
graduated from LSU. We opened our Baton Rouge office in 2018 to attract
more LSU graduates. I’m proud that we have been ranked on the LSU Tiger
100 list for so many years. It’s an honor to join other LSU alumni who are

This is the sixth year that Romph Pou Agency has been named to the LSU
100.
