Drivers in the Dogwood South Subdivision should be prepared for some
temporary inconvenience as road work gets underway on Dogwood South
Lane.
Starting Tuesday morning, April 14, crews will begin repairing the base of
the roadway between Silver Fox and Red Fox Circles, which will lead to
delays during the work.
Only one lane will be closed at a time to keep traffic moving, but motorists
are encouraged to slow down, pay attention to posted signs, and follow the
directions of flagmen while passing through the area.
The work is part of Bossier Parish’s ongoing effort to improve local roads
through its Overlay Program, which maintains hundreds of miles of paved
roadways and dozens of bridges across the parish.
