Brookshire Grocery Arena officially unveiled a new addition to its concession lineup Wednesday, Aug. 19, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the arrival of Dillas Primo Quesadillas.
The new food option will give fans another choice when attending concerts and other events at the Bossier City arena. Dillas is known for its quesadillas made with bold flavors and fresh ingredients.
Arena officials said Dillas was selected as the newest addition to the concession lineup as part of an effort to continue improving the experience for guests attending events.
Dillas will officially begin serving arena guests Thursday, Aug. 27, during the Jason Aldean concert at Brookshire Grocery Arena.
The addition comes as the arena continues to host major concerts, sporting events and entertainment that attract residents and visitors from throughout the Shreveport-Bossier area.
The ribbon-cutting Wednesday marked the official introduction of Dillas to the Brookshire Grocery Arena team, with the restaurant expected to become a new part of the food and entertainment experience for fans.
Arena officials said they are proud to welcome Dillas and look forward to having the restaurant serve guests during upcoming events.
With the addition of Dillas, fans will have another food option to enjoy while attending events and spending time with family and friends at Brookshire Grocery Arena.
