Officials with the Consolidated Water Sewer District #1 are informing
customers on the Country Place Water System that the boil advisory will be
in effect until Wednesday, May 29.
Officials say water samples that were taken to the Louisiana Department of
Health Lab in Shreveport failed the testing conducted at the lab.
The boil advisory went into effect after work crews installed an isolation
valve at the entrance of the Country Place Subdivision on Wednesday, May
22.
Customers are advised to continue to boil their water until further notice.
