Louisiana Association for the Blind will host its inaugural Halloween party
known as the Eye Ball. The event is Friday, October 25, 2024 at The Riverdome at Horseshoe
Casino – Hotel in Bossier City. It begins at 7 pm and ends when the clock strikes midnight.
Tickets are $75 and can be purchased online at eyeballparty.com or at the door.
The event is for adults who are 21 and older. The highlight of the event will be the Halloween
costume contest. The winner of the men, women’s and couple’s contest will walk away with
$1,000 in cash. A Tunnel of Terror will greet guests as they venture into the Riverdome. A palm
reader and tarot card reader will tell your fortune.
During the evening, guests will be entertained by dueling DJ’s. DJ Yoshi and DJ Static Shock will
get the room shaking as they compete against each other. Guests can also buy a ticket to win
one of ten keys to open our Eye Ball casket. One winner will walk away with thousands of
dollars in merchandise. There will also be a silent auction with jewelry, trips and other items.

Louisiana Association for the Blind (L.A.B.) has been helping the blind and those with visual
impairments since 1927. The organization provides support and tools so those with sight issues
