The State Fair of Louisiana is entering its second week! After being closed on
Monday and Tuesday, the fair will reopen on Wednesday, November 5th at 11:00 am. The State Fair
will run though November 16th
The hours are from 11:00am until 9:00pm Wednesday,
Thursday, and Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, the hours are 11:00am until 10:00pm.
- Discounts this week:
- On weekdays, gate admission is free until 3pm.
- Wednesday, November 5th is Family Discount Day (One adult admission is $8.50
which includes one free child admission). Each additional child is $4.50. Carnival
ride armbands are only $28.00. - Thursday, November 6th is a Weekday Discount Day (Adult admission is $8.50 and
children ages 3 – 12, admission is $4.50) - Every day of the fair, Free Parking
- ALTAC Junior Livestock Sale:
On Wednesday, November 5
th at 8:00am in the State Fair Sales Arena the 2025 ALTAC Junior
Sale Livestock Sale will take place.
- Scheduled concerts that will take place this week on the Zintex Remodeling Group stage. All
concerts are free with state fair gate admission.

a 16” Elephant! Each Midway Mate comes with a hands-on stuffing experience, a custom T-
