The Bossier Parish Highway Department will begin road reconstruction work on a portion of Hackberry Lane behind the Cypress Bend and Willow Heights subdivisions on Monday, August 17.
The project includes milling and overlaying the roadway as part of the parish’s ongoing efforts to improve road conditions and enhance motorist safety.
Motorists should expect lane closures within the work zone and possible traffic delays, particularly during peak travel times. Drivers are urged to use caution, obey traffic control devices, and watch for construction workers and equipment.
The project is expected to be completed within one week. Residents and commuters are encouraged to allow extra travel time and consider alternate routes when possible.
The Bossier Parish Highway Department appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation during this improvement project.
