As more rain is in the forecast for the rest of the day and throughout the evening Bossier City Public Works will have sandbags available to assist citizens in protecting their property. Mayor Chandler encourages and reminds our Citizens to be safe and do not enter large areas of standing water. The reminder is “Turn around – Don’t drown.” Sandbags can be picked up between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Public Works Complex at 3223 Old Shed Rd.
