Bossier Parish Sheriff Julian Whittington welcomed three new members to the
Bossier Sheriff’s Office team during a swearing-in ceremony held this morning.
Sheriff Whittington administered the oath of office to Deputy Chelsea Jackson,
officially welcoming her as the newest deputy with the Bossier Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff also welcomed Andrew Cogdill and Audrey Jordan, who were both
hired as corrections officers. Andrew and Audrey each aspire to become deputies
once they reach the age of 21.

Sheriff Whittington congratulated the new employees and commended them for
their commitment to serving the people of Bossier Parish. “We are proud to have
these young people join our team. They are starting their careers in public service
and I’m confident they will make a positive impact in our community.”
